We are located in the Wintercrown Building  at 100 w Colorado, Unit G, subground level. 

Directions:  Enter the Wintercrown breezeway to the right of the overland store entrance. Follow the set of stairs on your left down and we are across from Camp Bird Hats! 

Our classes are drop in at $28 unless otherwise noted. We offer $5 community classes and pay what you can often, so keep an eye on our schedule!

Please email us if you’d like to rent the space for a private fitness class or workshop space. We can host most exercise styles and community events that need an empty square space!

We have an 8hr cancellation window. If you do not cancel 8 hrs before your class start time, your payment is non-refundable. 

Our space runs like a cooperative. Our teachers are all contracted and rent the space to teach their class. We offer all the logistical nuts and bolts so teachers can plug in and share their expertise. This model allows us to keep overheads low and support our teachers. We are not looking to make a profit but rather provide space for all to move and meet in an inclusive space.
