Wendy Borof is a certified Pilates instructor and owner of Pilates Balance. her mat-based Pilates Movement class provides a full body workout that focuses on core strength and muscle flexibility, where breath becomes your superpower when exercises feel difficult.

Jessica has been teaching and practicing yoga FOR OVER twenty years. she draws inspiration from many moving modalities. Her informed classes reflect the students and the seasons. Jessica is known for her humor and hands-on assists. In March of 2021, SHE opened Practice Telluride. SHE studied at the Jivamukti school in New York, a method that focuses on incorporating yoga’s Eastern philosophy tenets into the practice.

Adrianna is a Chicago native and attended Columbia College to study dance performance. She had the privilege of working with Chicago dancemakers, touring with multiple dance conventions and competitions while perfecting her craft. working as a freelance dancer for the past fifteen years, she has performed with many live bands, music videos, and commercials. She believes that everyone is a dancer and that we can all find healing and joy through a connection with our bodies.

Michele teaches HoneyFlow: 55 minutes of sweaty, Alignment-based Vinyasa plus 20 minutes of Yoga Nidra accompanied by a personalized Playlist with artists such as the Grateful Dead, Bob Marley, Thievery Corporation and Krishna Das. SHE IS A certified yoga instructor with 500-hours at New York City-based Kula yoga, Vinyasa and Iyengar focus.
